16.3.2009 -  Dear sir or madam, I recently had cause to order from your firm a part for our fountain which had been damaged during the February cold snap. Havinf emailed the firm i was so pleased with the efficiency and courtesy of your customer service department, especially with Karen who dealt finanlly with my order. She deserves to win a prize for the very prompt and satisfying response she gave to my order : it took only three days from my initial enquiry to the goods being sent out. So, if their is some way to reward Karen for this excellent service I would be grateful if you could do so. I am fed up with the sort of delaying tactics used by many British firms - including many multi-nationals when responding(or failing to respond!) to correspondance and telephone calls and so to receive this sort of service I have experienced from your firm is extremely pleasing.
